General

What areas do you serve for courier services?
Montgomery, AL and surrounding 50-mile radius. For outside areas, request a custom quote.
How quickly can you deliver packages?
Same-day within our service area. Typical windows range from 2–4 hours (on-demand) to scheduled time slots for routed runs. Availability depends on distance, traffic, and vehicle type—call for exact ETAs.

Dispatching

How does onboarding work?
Complete the Carrier Agreement (collects W-9, COI, MC/DOT, NOA, deposit authorization, and preferences). Then we align on lanes, equipment, and weekly targets before we start sourcing and negotiating loads.
How does billing work?
We use a secure online billing link (Stripe) to authorize payments. You’ll receive itemized receipts by email. Billing cadence and rates are agreed upon during onboarding.
What is your relationship with TAFS?
TAFS is an optional factoring partner. If you open and verify a TAFS account, we apply a dispatching discount. Ask us for the current percentage and terms.

BYOD

Who is BYOD for?
New or growing dispatchers and small carriers who want a professional presence (brand email + 800#) and core tools (DAT access + dispatch software) without high monthly software costs.
Requirements to join?
Valid contact info, ability to complete identity/brand verification for email/phone setup, and agreement to the BYOD beta terms. Activation is usually same-day during business hours.
